Optimism...If I said the Gundam mobile suits were cute, would you believe me?
No...?
Guess not. I'm probably the only who thinks that way. Anyway! They're cute, with their, uhhh...body figures, their armor finishes, the details of each and every Gundam variant...And check out their weapons! Sure, the later Gundams are practically beam spam (*coughSEEDDestinycough*) and all, but this is space-age war! It's like saying "Star Wars' battles should be fought with bullets"!
Ahaha...And just when I thought the 'angel-feather' effects of the Wing Gundam Zero Custom was freaky enough, there's this one Gundam with LONG FLOWING RED HAIR! Gundam 00's Nadleeh Gundam made my jaw drop. What the hell...Gundam with HAIR?! *squeeeeeee* Sure, it's weird, but damn, it looks so cool...!
Yeah, they were power supply cords. But who cares! They look like freaking hair from afar! Tieria is so...uh...pretty? Damn, and here I thought Milliard and Ray are the prettiest Gundam characters I've seen, then comes Tieria. Even the female characters can't compare to them... >.<
One thing I noticed about Gundams though is that they ALWAYS have a crown-like thingy on their heads. Often times it's gold, sometimes it's white. And that red chin. Hmm...Heck, even G Gundam's Nobel Gundam has it. Nobel Gundam, you know, that schoolgirl-looking Gundam...It's wearing a sailor-type, miniskirted school uniform, for crying out loud. Then again, G Gundam's got some pretty unique (and funny) Gundam designs. A mummified Gundam? *snerk* Too bad I never saw a plastic model for it. It would've been a blast building it...
And when can you see a Gundam act like a human? Reaching for each other so that one of them won't be left behind? Then again, when can you see a Gundam do something that looks like Ranma Saotome's Kachuu Tenshin Amaguriken technique? And to think that the original RX-78 looked so blocky...Compare it to the Exia Gundam and you'll see what I mean.
Beam spam. Yeah, Gundam SEED Destiny has tons of it. The TV screen is, like, being constantly bombarded with green, blue and pink lights. And why is the Destiny Gundam's Wings of Light look like butterfly wings? The Destiny Gundam as a pink butterfly? Now that's something. I...didn't like it though. It looked so...cheap. And don't get me started with the Legend Gundam and the Providence Gundam! They're, like, some of the cheapest-looking Gundams I've ever laid eyes on! Ugh!
I wonder if there's anyone who calls th RX-78 'MSG', as in MonoSodium Glutimate? Mobile Suit Gundam, get it?
Gundam Wing is my first Gundam so I can't really bad-mouth it a lot, not unlike some of the other Gundam series I don't like too much.
Uuuhhh...I want Gundams...So...CUTE...!!!

Actually, any kind of mecha is fine with me, but it's the Gundams that get my most attention. How'd they make those stupid machines anyway, making them look so good... <.<
My favorite's the Epyon Gundam, followed by the Freedom (silly name) Gundam. It's tough finding an Epyon model nowadays. *sigh*

Have you seen SD Gundam Force? The Epyon's there and it looks so damn cool (and menacing)!
I'm actually looking for a 1/60 scale model of the Epyon. Unfortunately, all they had at the time of the same scale was the Wing Gundam Zero. Pfft. I got the damn thing anyway. It's huge. O.o

Epyon shows up really late, probably halfway the series.
Ehehe...I really want a 1/60 scale Epyon! There's this 1/60 Perfect Grade Pearl Mirror Coating Wing Gundam Zero Custom model on sale and it costs about $300! *dies* It's ALWAYS the Wing Zero, why not Epyon?!
And there's this Jumbo Grade RX-78 and Char's Zaku II...Those are HUGE. >.> Bad news is their cost is about 75% of the model I mentioned above. Bleagh. So expensive...

And I have no idea about how much it would be but yeah that model is only for display, however apparently it has working lights and stuff. I think it can actually move somewhat...? Like the head I think.
My girl friend claims that they say it's a model and for display only, but it's really a working gundam that they're going to kill us all with. XD
I guess I wouldn't mind dying by a real life gundam. XD God, that makes me sound like SUCH a fan. XD;;;;
