Metalman from the Classic Rockman series.

This guy's design is actually pretty simple; the only thing that bugged me were those stupid buzzsaws! Metal Blade: great weapon; pain in the neck to do. >.>

I know I said that I'm going to try not to saturate this picture with a single background color again, but...Agh! Gears are hard to draw digitally! So I ended up with a 'duel at sunset' scene.
